Experience

Head – Global Business Development Current

Quadrical Ai
  • New logos in India and the US: closed two multi-year platform deals with IPPs, including a private-cloud deployment and a perpetual licence, and ran a full US RFP and pilot for a utility-scale developer, taking Quadrical into international markets and adding $3M+ TCV.
  • Account expansion: grew a flagship IPP relationship from 243 MWp live towards ~800 MWp across 7 plants, and extended a 10-property commercial real-estate portfolio into energy scheduling, green-power allocation and BMS integrations.
  • New products and markets: took Quadrical into FDRE (Firm & Dispatchable RE) with a smart-scheduling offering, mapped 40+ IPPs, developers and EPCs in the segment, and built tiered CMMS pricing for utility-scale O&M.
  • Services into recurring revenue: structured AMCs, change-request frameworks and custom-development rate cards, so customisation and support became billable, predictable revenue.
  • Sales infrastructure: migrated the CRM, standardised proposal, AMC and onboarding templates, and introduced phased onboarding that moves customers from pilot to full portfolio faster.

What I do

Enterprise sales

Large, multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 companies and infrastructure owners, run from first discovery through negotiation and contract.

Selling AI & analytics

Turning AI and data platforms into business cases buyers can sign off on, and using pilots to prove value before the multi-year commitment.

B2B SaaS go-to-market

Segmentation, positioning, pricing, playbooks and enablement that make a SaaS sales motion repeatable in new markets.

Building sales teams

Standing up regional sales infrastructure, processes and partner channels in the USA, Europe and APAC.

Perspectives

What breaks first when B2B SaaS scales

Twelve years inside scaling SaaS companies show the same pattern: the go-to-market system and the org design usually crack before the product does.

The real cost of "lowest bid wins"

In capital projects, choosing the cheapest vendor quietly hands the long-term risk back to the buyer. The better question is who owns the risk after handover.

AI that tells the truth

As AI builders and buyers, we should reward models for being correct rather than merely agreeable.

India's clean energy market

With firm, dispatchable renewables arriving at scale, the next frontier is forecasting, dispatch optimisation and energy trading software.
